Chrono Blast is a rail shooter developed in Unity during a game jam with the theme "One Shot." As Producer and Game Designer within a 5-person team, I was responsible for ensuring the project stayed on track despite an initially overly ambitious scope. I facilitated key decisions to reduce the scope and focus on delivering a polished rail shooter experience within the 48-hour cycle, while also diving into Unity’s post-process and using the Dotween tool for enhanced scene transitions.
