FEELS : Ups & Downs
Producer
11-Person Team
6 Months Cycle
Feels Ups & Downs is a city-builder inspired by emotional management, developed around the four emotions from Robert Plutchik’s wheel: Joy, Fear, Sadness, and Anger.
As Producer, I coordinated production across various departments and was responsible for the overall project management. Despite numerous production challenges, including vision shifts and crises, I ensured the delivery of a playable prototype. Frequent changes in creative direction, driven by the vision keeper, resulted in a loss of cohesion and made the game less fun than intended. These shifts also caused friction within the team, making it difficult to keep everyone aligned on the core vision.
