Colosseum Arena is a turn-based fighting game developed as a solo project in Unreal Engine 5, inspired by classic JRPG combat systems like Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy.

I built the entire combat system from scratch, including the interface and the dynamic camera. The project allowed me to deepen my understanding of variable management in turn-based combat, including character and enemy stats, modifiers, and progression systems.

  • Created a dynamic user interface and camera system to enhance battle flow.
  • Developed progression systems for the main characters, balancing stats and abilities.

  • Optimized high-texture assets to improve performance within Unreal Engine 5.
